All
purchased booths are 8x8 and are covered. All booths include 1
table, and 2 chairs. Lights will be pre-wired for each and every
booth. ALL food booths, and a small amount of Sales booths will be
provided with electrical outlets. These booths are given on a first
come, first serve basis.
We are allowing vendors this year to use their own booths in lieu of using booths provided by PrideFest San Antonio. Please note the price variances between vendor provided and use of PrideFest Booths.

ABSOLUTELY
NO VENDOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL OR GIVE AWAY BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND
AT THE EVENT
ALL
VENDORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $25 DEPOSIT THE DAY OF THE EVENT
TO ENSURE SPACE IS PROPERLY CLEANED AND ALL TABLES/CHAIRS ARE
RETURNED. DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED AT END OF EVENT.

All food
vendors will have one main item that they sell, that will not be
allowed to be sold by any other vendor. You MUST put this item as #1
on list of items being sold, otherwise it will be considered a
secondary item. For example, if your main product is hot dogs, and
you list it #1 - no other vendor will be able to sell hot dogs.
Booth spaces
will be assigned no later than June 2, 2012 and all applications
received after this date through June 7 will be assigned in a “as
available” space.
Vendor
orientation will be held on May 26 and June 2, 2012 at 1pm at the
location of event.
All new
vendors are required to attend one of the 2 orientations. Previous
vendors attendance is not mandatory.
