The main purpose PrideFest San Antonio is to promote unity, visibility and self-esteem among lesbians, gay, bisexuals, transgender, and straight persons and to promote a positive image in San Antonio, and the South Texas area through community activities and services.

The main mission of PrideFest San Antonio is to provide lesbians, gay, bisexuals, transgender, and straight persons with cultural and educational programs and activities which enhance mental and physical health, provide social support, and foster an awareness of the past and present contributions by our diverse community through activities and services, which include our annual Pride Festival.

PrideFest San Antonio is scheduled for June 12, 2010, at HemisFair Park in beautiful downtown San Antonio.  The event runs from Noon, until 10:00pm.

Over the past few years, PrideFest San Antonio has grown from around 2,000 participants to exceeding over 10,000 in attendance in 2008 and 2009.  Our 2010 event is already showing to be one of the biggest Pride Festivals in the entire state of Texas. 

PrideFest San Antonio has always been proud to make this event free to everyone wanting to attend.  We have made this event, not only a family oriented event, but more so a festival to promote love and diversity.  PrideFest San Antonio refuses to discriminate against anyone wanting to attend. 

I am personally writing to you and your company today to ask if you would be willing to support diversity and love and be a sponsor of PrideFest San Antonio 2010.  Please note that every dollar counts and any amount of donation is welcome.  I am attaching a sponsorship form to this letter, in hopes that you and/or your company would be interested in being a part of spreading the word, that no matter of the person’s color, religion, and even sexual orientation that we are all equal, regardless of our diversity.
